Everyone was so friendly! They explained what was going to happen and even let us peek in on our pup before we left. We feel confident our puppy was well cared for during services. 😊
Everyone is SUPER friendly. Dogtopia is definitely a well oiled machine, staff uses headsets to communicate throughout the facility. The fact that staff and the owner bring their own dogs there makes me confident in the safety and friendliness of the facility. Healthcare workers receive extended hours and a discount, which is a huge plus! Excited to bring my pup for daycare.
We have only used grooming services there so far but the staff is great with my dog and he loves them even more in return!
Rita is an AMAZING groomer! I love her! .My dogs love her! Plus Kermit looks great!
