Friendly staff
Everyone at Dogtopia is so friendly. We’ve had a few cases where we’ve made last-minute requests for different services (e.g. boarding, bathing, and/or pickup) and Dogtopia has always been very accommodating.

Always so friendly and kind, my dog loves his friends there — human and canine!
The staff is great. I absolutely love them. The only issue is just the expense for the quality of the daycare experience. There are too many dogs in one space and no outdoor options or special activities like they have at other daycares. But I also understand that the location makes more space difficult.

I think Dogtopia is awesome, and I always recommend them to people! It would be ideal if there was a bigger ‘grass patch’ area inside the playrooms or actual grass space outside – though I know the constraints of the location make that hard. I also think it could be helpful to email the photos from special photoshoots so the pet parents have them accessible and can re-print again, etc.
Staff are great and we feel very happy dropping our pup off every week! Thanks for taking care of her and treating her like family 🙂
