The staff truly care about our dog. We love that we can watch what she’s doing while there also. It helps keep us from worrying! We love Dogtopia!
Whether it is boarding or grooming dot everybody is so thoughtful and attentive to the needs of my two dogs. This is remarkable only because my two dogs are a little crazy lol. Portuguese water dogs. I also find the front office staff to be Very helpful, even when there is total chaos around them.
The staff at Dfotipia are very friendly and helpful! They take good care of my pup during her grooming appointments.
I like that you notify us by email or text message and you’re always very happy and try to accommodate to groom my dog regardless how busy you are and that it’s always much appreciated

Customer service
The hours you’re open make it very convenient for me to either drop off or pick up my dog. My dog always seems so excited to go to daycare and it feels like most if not all the employees know my dog personally which adds a lot to the overall experience. My dog also always comes home exhausted so I know he’s getting plenty of play time and stimulation.
