Progress reports on pups
Dedicated breaks to let them potty outside! It would lessen the floor cleaning. Our pup will not pee indoors and with the anxiety of a new place he holds it all day. Extra Options to pay for a 15-30min walk during the day would be great for the high energy, herders, etc.

The hours and flexibility are great! Location is optimal for those driving to work downtown. The staff seemed caring and kind.

I like that you don’t allow collars on during play time for safety. I also like that most of the staff knows who my dog (Kovu) is as soon as we walk in.
