Friendly staff, webcams, lots of special events. Facility always looks and smells clean. No urine odors. Also, like the option for grooming services on site.

The people are wonderful.
I still wish there would be two people per room, especially when the one person is cleaning kennel pads and things. This person can’t monitor the dogs very well when their back is turned to clean the kennels. Issues can occur very quickly with a bunch of dogs in one room.
I like that I feel the dog is in care at Dogtopia.
