I like the personalized notes regarding how my dog is adjusting and how happy he seems to be. It is a great relief when I have to leave him and allows me to enjoy my time away without worrying.
Staff is super friendly and helpful, they seem to really love my dog and want the best for her, they do a lot of fun activities throughout the week, and they’re great at keeping me updated or responding to any questions quickly

The staff is so nice.
They staff is awesome. They do not see my dog on a regular basis, but they treat him as if they see him all the time. I love how they greet him by his name, as soon as he walks in the door.
You can tell the staff really cares about each dog!
