The staff are friendly, prompt, and transparent in their interactions with us. The premises are clean and non-smelly. The webcams are a great way to check in on our puppers during the day. And we get updates on them when they are boarding (photos and texts), and the staff are very accommodating and careful/thoughtful with any special needs.
