Friendly, professional staff.
The care and dedication to all the pups is very evident.
Love all the theme days and I can trust that my furbaby is well taken care of during his visits.
We are pleased with the care our pups receive. My only comment would be that the odour in your reception area is quite strong. We were members at the Lionhead location for several years and their lobby NEVER smelled of urine. We noticed this smell immediately, and it has been consistent every time we have been on site since.
We actually considered returning to Lionhead for this reason, however the location is just too far. We decided to just go along with this because we do not expect to utilize daycare for a long duration.
It’s not a deal breaker, but it does speak to cleanliness, and my recommendation is that neutralizing this odour would go a long way.

Dogtopia provides excellent daycare services with friendly staff who genuinely care for the dogs. The facility is clean and safe, and the live cameras allow owners to check in on their pets anytime. Highly recommended!
