Friendly staff who seems to genuinely care about dogs

Staff are very professional and helpful with all of our dogs specific needs.

They worked hard to ensure our dog ate well even though it was difficult for him to eat in a new environment.

Always provided us with detailed updates that helped reassure us that our dog was doing well.

Love the Webcam feature so we can see how much fun our dog is having at dogtopia while playing with other dogs.

The Dogtopia staff is super friendly and welcoming. They took great care of my dog throughout boarding and day care. Would definitely encourage all dog owners who are going on a trip to try Dogtopia!

Employees at the Meadowvale one, is amazing

very good service highly skilled people; the only issue I had is they called me during my meeting and disturb my meeting twice; in the first call I spoke with the lady, after she hanged up the phone, then the general manager called me two minutes after while I’m still in the meeting

Awesome place. My dog can’t wait to get there .

Friendliness of the staff.

We love the friendly service. All the coaches know Leo by name as soon as we walk through the doors. Leo loves going to Dogtopia and to play with all his friends and the Coaches! He’s happily exhausted when he comes home.
