I love that everyone is friendly and exudes confidence and trust. When I leave my dog with them, they will do everything they can to take care of her in the best possible way.
My dog is excited to come to Dogtopia! And she always comes home dog tired!
Staff are friendly. Dogs are supervised all of the time. I can see my dog on the web-cam.
On our initial visit, our dog was very nervous. He isn’t the type to get friendly right away. When they did an assessment, he initially didn’t “pass” and that left us feeling defeated. However, they didn’t turn us away right there. Instead, they tried a different approach to get our dog more comfortable in this new environment. He eventually “passed” and we were able to join the fun with the other dogs. Now, he enjoys visiting and playing there and I’m just grateful to the Dogtopia Meadowvale team for not giving up on Odin and for adjusting/adopting tohis behaviour and personality. We always feel comfortable taking him there because of that ♥️
All of the staff is very friendly. I am extremely comfortable leaving Buddy at Dogtopia and Buddy loves being there.

Full time attendant for overnight boarding. Or at the very least cameras that the owners can watch their dog during the night.
