I love the fact that you have different rooms for different size dogs. I also loved how friendly the staff was. Also, being able to see my dog on the live feed was perfect!
Everyone that works there is so friendly and kind. My dog literally jumps out of the car to run inside to be there.

There is a high turnover of staff
This week when I picked up my pup they brought the wrong dog. Then went back and brought my dog and she was all wet I asked why but they guy just turned around and left
Staff was very polite and attentive. My dog was was at Dogtopia for 3 nights of boarding. I was able to watch him playing via webcam during the day. He was having a good time. He was very well cared for and was happy and in good spirits when I picked him up.
Clean facilities with great interactive staff. Nessie can’t get inside fast enough in the morning

Jack my golden retriever puppy first day at daycare was 2/26/2025. He was placed in the small dog room. He was a little overwhelmed with all the dogs since its just me and him at home. I logged into the webcam during my lunch hour and he was playing with the other golden retriever (his new best friend) in the room. Jack loved his time at daycare. After picking him up, he slept the entire 1.5 hour ride home and then slept some more when we got home. This is well worth the money keeping him out of kennel for 10 hours.
