The atmosphere is positive and the facility is very nice. I do not like the fact that the dogs are allowed to use the bathroom at Will in the playrooms. In my opinion that it is not a good practice to allow pets to stop and pee or poop in any area they decide to go.
There should be an area with astroturf grass that the dogs are allowed to go to the bathroom.
There are not activities for the dogs to do while they are visiting. They roam around the room and seem to pick on each other to entertain themselves. Having a big area to chase balls would be a fun activity. Offering something creative for the dogs would make it more interesting and stimulating for the dogs.
