The people at the front desk are always lovely. The staff is caring. Tia seems to be happy to go and happy when the day is done. She seems to have a good time there.
Cleaner and better organized
Very Professional, attentive to detail regarding our Golden Retrievers personality and fears. Extremely knowledgeable and caring in handling her when trimming her nails and successful in doing so even though Daisie made the trimming very difficult.
