Dogs need human interaction, maybe more than I see on webcams.
Very friendly and professional staff. The facility is clean and well managed. They do a great job on my dogs nails!
It’s convenient and welcoming
My dog loves it there. A suggestion, on a Saturday when there might be less dogs there, have the person in the room with them engage with the dogs…throw a ball, walk around the room, do the obstacles, etc.
The staff is so very pleasant and caring.
When I tried to book the stay through the app it did not take then I called to make the reservation and the woman on the phone was completely dense. I had to ask for a manager to get the booking accomplished but even then she kept saying you can go through the app, I just got finished telling her the app did not take the reservation that is why I was calling.
When I dropped off my dog I did not feel like they were interested in any instruction on what was in my bag. I very much feel like I should do the inventory of everything in the bag and the staff double check it. They should ask about new emergency contacts so everything is accurate prior to the dogs stay.
