I would really like to see the third room opened for he high energy dogs.
I like that there is always someone up front and the efficiency of bringing the dogs up at the end of the day. Plus I have only ever had really pleasant experiences with the front desk staff.
I think the dogs need more activities on a daily basis. Aimlessly roaming the indoor room is not very engaging. Use some basic commands to help train the dogs.
I appreciate the personal touch of the staff. I also was impressed with the commitment to care for the dogs, also the communication between pet owner and staff.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember our dogs.

I love that everyone is always so friendly and loves all the dogs! I also enjoy that there is dog of the week, cute and funny posts on socials, and that they get to do fun activities like the crafts we did for Mother’s Day, Harry Potter day, and Star Wars day! I also like that you provide calendars for what events are happening that month.
