My dog drags me to dogtopia as soon as we round the corner! Everyone is very friendly there and excited to greet me and my dog every time! They also put on really great surprise days for the dogs!

The team is nice, welcoming and always flexible. They always answer questions and it seems they try like Diego.

from initial phone call to booking the appointment, updating my dogs records and picking her up after a grooming, the service at the Myrtle Avenue location was excellent. shout out to BELLE and the rest of the team for their excellent customer service. HB

The events, themes, contests are great as well as these elevate the service into a high touch experience

First and foremost I would like to thank the staff at Dogtopia for welcoming Willow and myself. It was a wonderful experience. The staff especially they were very very nice 👍 it felt homie 🏡. Will be returning again thank you. Happy holidays 🎅🎄

Friendly staff, clean space

Our pups spent the day playing with other furry friends and had a great time. The staff is wonderful. We are looking forward to our next visit

The staff sometimes seems disinterested in the dogs when I watch on the camera. The dogs deserve to be engaged with by humans as well with pets and smiles and play! Staff needs to be interested and bed down and pet/hug the dogs. Also caging them from 12-2pm is a Really Long time. I think one hour would be enough, especially because sometimes you cage the dogs if they are playing too much outside this time. Also, you are more expensive than other places and not really any better.
