I love Dogtopia. I took off a point for several reasons. 1) I appreciate the calendar of events with themed days. but sometimes the receptionists have no idea which day those events are which feels disconnected 2) I wish the hours could be extended for those who may have an after work event to like 8pm. 3) The cutest thing dogtopia did was give my dog a report card, I really appreciate those thoughtful gestures.
The canine coaches are awesome and very attentive to the dogs. My dog looks forward to going everyday.

I love the personal touches – Knowing my dog is being loved and cared for by others is special. The notes from the first day alongside pictures, the way the staff express love and care for my dog, the specific feedback I hear and get about my dogs behavior (what they can work on too!)… Alongside active social media / dogs of the week / pics in the lobby. It makes me feel like I’m dropping my pup off at school! please keep it up!
