Safety and hygiene focus. Can tell that you really want what’s best for all of the dogs. Do a good job balance that with the needs of the owners as well. Passion for the project is evident on the meet and greet. Was looking for a place to get his hair cut but I will be a client regardless of the fact that you don’t offer haircuts because of how comfortable you made me feel on the meet and greet.
Clean well supervised play areas. All dogs given equal attention throughout the day. Love the webcams to be able to check in on our dog from time to time.
It is helpful to be able to watch my dog on the webcam. The front desk staff is very nice too!
So kind and accommodating. I feel comfortable leave our puppy there for the day while we are busy at work!
