Accommodations (kennel crates/gates ) for dogs that need a few minutes to calm and for Senior dogs that need extra rest but still in with everyone
We’ve only been twice but appreciate the planning that has gone into making Dixie comfortable in advance of boarding.
The staff was friendly and I saw them loving on every dog. Chief was well taken care of and had a good spa!
Convenience, communication is great, they keep the dogs busy all day so they’re tired when they come home!
Everyone is super welcoming – I like the fact that they do split the dogs into different sizes/temperments. Seems to be very clean and well taken care of.
First time boarding. Happy with the customer friendly service. Kona was well taken care of. Hours of operation are nice on the weekends. We’ll be back.
Every employee was very kind and attentive and seemed to have a genuine love for the dogs in their care. They were great at explaining the meet and greet process and how daycare will look!

Very friendly and attentive front staff, clean playroom, engaging and fun playroom staff, and our dogs came home happy, exhausted, and not smelly! We watched them on the webcam for a while and they looked like they were having so much fun. The staff member in the play room kept the dogs moving and even rotated a few of them in different areas of the playroom. My boys played with her and with other dogs there. One of our boys peed in the little green potty area and in less than a minute, the staff member mopped it up. We also saw someone come and swap out the mop bucket with a fresh setup. I’m sure this is one of the reasons our dogs didn’t smell bad when we picked them up. Potty situations are going to happen, but proper clean-up makes all the difference!
