Cleanliness of facility
Knowledge of dog behavior in the employees and owner.
Willingness to take time to show us around and talk about the services they provide.
Pride in the services they provide.
Everyone treated our dogs with patience, respect and a genuine caring attitude.
You can’t fake that, dogs know.
The staff really care about my dog. They treat him like family.
Sugar got lots of attention. I was impressed!
This visit was the first of three required Meet and Greet with the dogs, so I’m not very familiar with their services yet. I was allowed to go back with my dogs to begin the ‘meet’ process, and I was impressed with the process. We were separated from the group of dogs before allowing one ‘resident’ to come in and meet my two. After there were no issues they all0owed another to come in. Since there were no issues they put my two in with the large group. I went to the office to fill on more paperwork, thus allowing my dogs to hand around with the others. They got along fine, and they ‘passed’ the interview.
Friendly and courteous service
The hours and staff.
Clean
Friendly Staff (Seeing Staff petting and interacting with dogs and not just watching them)
Cameras for viewing dogs (Its fun to see them in action and having a good time)
Calendar of activities
Report Cards -However, we were not given one and then told after when I asked about ours that they only do them upon request.
Accommodations (kennel crates/gates ) for dogs that need a few minutes to calm and for Senior dogs that need extra rest but still in with everyone
We’ve only been twice but appreciate the planning that has gone into making Dixie comfortable in advance of boarding.
The staff was friendly and I saw them loving on every dog. Chief was well taken care of and had a good spa!
