Got to watch and check on my dog whenever I wanted, she seems very happy everytime I checked

Very professional welcome and tour. Great meet and greet with my dog and then took the time to explain the complex. Very competent staff and play areas are super clean and well laid out!

The staff was super nice, and Hope was exhausted and slept all night, which never happens! Good Job!

Things didn’t really work out for Digby. Certainly not because you didn’t try. I believe every effort was made to help him settle in.
Digby goes to a dog sitter in my neighbourhood. She often has 5/6 dogs of all sizes and breeds. Digby loves to go, gets very excited when he sees where we are. I wanted to try a more organized place. He just wasnt happy, did not engage. I believe being indoors is a different feel, although at puppy class he ran and played and it was inside the rec center. I also know he would never pee or poo inside. So first day, he did that as soon as we left , second day looked after that before we went and the staff took him out to pee, but still didn engage .

The caring staff! Our pup was very nervous and timid about meeting new dogs and the staff were so kind and patient with him over days. We love that we can watch him during his daycare time!

We were greeted by friendly staff. The building is beautiful & clean. It is awesome seeing your dog on camera whenever you want, love the transparency!

The staff is friendly and take good care of our pets.

Being friendly and employees seems happy to be there. Nice set up.
