Outstanding experience for our doggy

I feel like the workers truly love dogs and that’s so important. I love the hours and convenience of drop off and pick up. The webcams are great, but sometimes they are late coming on in the morning and after mid day break.

The girl that was in the gym in the afternoon was the same girl that was in the gym the first day we brought our dog. I believe her name is Hannah and she wears a red bandana on her head. I don’t think she is as good at her job and as caring as some of the other people. She doesn’t pay as much attention or clean up as quickly. In addition, she is way more likely to put dogs in crates and leave them in there for extended periods of time for what seems like no reason. I also watched her kick a dog, which even though it was not hard, I don’t feel is appropriate. My dog kept asking to go outside to pee but she paid no attention. I would rather not have him become accustomed to peeing indoors. She seems way more interested in dancing and flailing her arms around than caring for the dogs that are there. She is the only person I have seen behave in this manner, all other employees have always been attentive and caring towards the animals in their care.

I find your staff knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic. A totally professional setting. Our dogs are incredibly well taken care of, and I would happily recommend and have recommended Dogtopia.

Everyone very friendly. Very helpful in making sure my dog is comfortable and has a great day. My dog can’t wait to go and play with her friends when we get there.
