Since our pup’s meet and greet, I feel like the Wesmont Dogtopia is an extension of my network. My dog instantly took to the staff, trainer’s and management team and eagerly looks forward to his time at daycare and overnight boarding. There are activities and amenities for every scenario – personal pet time, brain games, treats, web cam to see your pups play while you’re away, they have truly thought of it all. More importantly, the staff is kind, patient and truly do care for our the dogs. I like the wide arrangement of celebratory festivities and always look forward to the monthly calendar. Lastly, the dogs of the week, instagram reels are too precious. Thank tou Wesmont Dogtopia, as long as we can, we’ll continue to utilize your facilities!

I really love the team at Dogtopia. I was really happy to see Brandon elevated to a leadership role and think he is a great fit. I also LOVE how much the team loves my dude G. I can see when he comes in that he really loves the team and wants pets from everyone. Where i would like to see improvement is in a couple of areas – (1) the desk is not always ‘manned’ at busy times. There have been several mornings where i waited in the lobby with other people / dogs for a team member to come and take dogs back. This was almost always around opening time so i assume there may have been call outs of just inappropriate staffing in the morning to have someone at the desk and also in the rooms watching dogs. The second area is specific to my dog (Gene so this is no longer anonymous :)) I would prefer if his bridle is put on before he comes back out to me, i need to say this live (so sorry to put it here before impressing it in person!).

The play areas are spotless, and your staff are friendly and helpful. My dog Aiko loves coming there!

The amount of dogs is reasonable, it never looks overcrowded.

Everything is great so far – but we’ve only used the daycare once – so time will tell.

Very clean environment with friendly and professional staff members. I also love that I can see my pup via the webcam.

They really care about your dog and make sure they are safe. They always reassured me and made me feel comfortable about leaving my dog with them.

I know my dog is in great hands. He looks forward to going to school and he is always greeted so warmly.

Very friendly quick and easy process to schedule, drop off and pick up. Penny loves it and obviously gets a lot of activity and is exhausted every time she comes home.
