The people are so nice and knowledgeable. They take great care of the dogs. The convince and available services are wonderful.
The biggest area of improvement is plan flexibility. I am currently enrolled in 1 day per week, but sometimes need to bring my dog in for extra days when traveling for work. I would expect to be able to use the 2 day per week bundle instead of paying a la carte for an extra day. Or when my dog had her first heat, it was a hassle to pause and restart the plan.
