The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful and made me leaving the dogs comfortable. The only thing that I was not a fan of was the overwhelming smell of ammonia both times I walked into the building.

Great staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. When circumstances require flexibility they do a great job of switching things up to accommodate the dog owners.
