My dogs always come home happy! The employees are very friendly and nice to my dogs.
Everyone who works there seems to like their jobs and I am confident my dogs are safe and happy when they board. They even know my dogs and their quirks and don’t put my big dog in a crate bet they know it stresses her out too much. Sometimes they even text me pics and I love that I can watch their daycare cameras and see my dogs are happy when I’m out of town. I absolutely love this place!
The staff does a great job in knowing who my dog is and making him feel welcome
i love that i can call/text last minute. Always so accommodating. I feel like the communication is amazing. Also, love the random photos of Luna we are sent while he is there!

Camera service for being able to watch from home. The system was always down.
Unfortunately you walk in and it just stinks of dog urine and pet smell like a bomb. Its very disconcerning as a customer
Give owners notice if you are not taking pets. I had no idea my pet was taken off list. Picked him up one afternoon. Not sign on door. Toll him for what I thought was his regular day and there was sign on door saying not taking any more pets.
I believe that someone who comes regularly should be given preference over so wine who just walks in. The person at desk was not friendly. That is imporyant fir the greeter to be friendly
