Supervised play and the attention the staff give the dogs.
I love how well they treat my dog and are always so friendly and accommodating. I was in such a rush one morning last week I forget to feed her and only realized it when I got to Dogtopia. I mentioned it at drop off and they took care of her and made sure she ate no questions asked. She’s always so happy to go there so I know she’s having a wonderful time and being treated well.

Consistent staff that works with the animals; one staff member thought they mistakenly put the dogs collar in the wash as the dog went for grooming , he was so concerned. When a few minutes later the collar was found he was relieved. It shows he css a red about his work and the customer. Sometimes they check ups out before we can leave a tip.
Dogtopia takes good care of the dogs.

I feel that my dog is safe at Dogtopia. I like that he is ‘playing’ in a room with dogs of similar age and size. And I love that I can see what is going on on the web camera. The staff is fabulous and show genuine interest in my dog.
