Staff all know my dog’s name and most know my name!
Webcams. Coaches are attentive and clean up floor quickly.
Everyone is calm.

Was easy to book, and my dog seemed to like it. I also like to be able to see her through the webcams when I’m not there.
There seems to be a lot more dogs in toy box and can seem overwhelming. I also haven’t seen any outdoor time. Maybe more clarity on when the dogs go out?
