New Rochelle Reviews
505 5th Avenue, New Rochelle, New York 10801
People are very friendly and you can drop your dog off 7 days a week–hours are very good. I love watching Pearl on the webcam when we are away.
My dog seems happy and he’s definitely tired when he comes home. Staff is very nice.
My dog doesn’t come home miserable. Short list I know. My dog is pretty old and prefers not to be crated these days, she’s well behaved but I like that you’re facilities don’t just leave them bored and in a crate all the time.
The receptionist was very nice and answered all, many, questions, the staff that took care of our puppies were kind and welcoming. Even if Penny was suspicious and did not want to go in they won her over, Loki was even to excited to go in but they handled him just fine. It was great to check the cameras and see what they were doing. Having a parking lot made it simple to come and go and to let the dog in and out the car with ease.
Professional and accessible with a range of services
easy to set up appointments
Convenience!
You are the BEST! When no one else would take Jude, you guys took him in and show him so much love. We could not be more grateful and happier. Thank you for being so kind.
My dog loves going there and she is tired after.
Often she has a not so great smell after but that is the only negative
The best! Always so kind and supportive!
