My dog loves it. He gets so excited when he realizes he is going. I can check up on him with the webcams and I see that he seems to be enjoying himself. The staff is helpful and often give me an update on any issues that may arise.

You have been a very reliable boarder for us – and I have used Jayne for grooming and think she does a great job! Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
The area needs to be cleaned up a bit. Parking lot is dirty and overgrown. Lobby area looked dirty. not inviting looking. Staff is lovely. Gym area looked clean. First impression wasn’t the greatest.
I feel my dog is safe and well-cared for. I like that I can see him on the video cameras, and I appreciate the consistent hours of operation and friendly/knowledgeable staff.
