The area needs to be cleaned up a bit. Parking lot is dirty and overgrown. Lobby area looked dirty. not inviting looking. Staff is lovely. Gym area looked clean. First impression wasn’t the greatest.
I feel my dog is safe and well-cared for. I like that I can see him on the video cameras, and I appreciate the consistent hours of operation and friendly/knowledgeable staff.
