Justin L., General Manager
Justin has been growing into his role under the Dogtopia banner since 2020. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and customer relations, his goals are fluency in canine behavior, and developing a personable atmosphere in which to discuss all your dog’s needs. His apartment complex doesn’t allow dogs, so he’s very excited to meet yours! Justin is featured with the famously adorable, Biggie Smalls.
Jennifer Velasquez, Assistant General Manager
Jennifer has 13+ years in the animal industry including dog daycare, rescues, Veterinary technician, research technician and fostering. Her goal is to use all that knowledge and drive to help grow Dogtopia New Rochelle! Not to mention this mama has two fur babies and a toddler! Although with a busy schedule it’s always a pleasure meeting your pup and caring for them like her own!
