Definitely took time to get to know me and my pup. Answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me!
I don’t think it can be improved. The place is a little smaller than I thought it would be. I also was hoping there would be more things for the dogs to do.
Friendly people at the front desk. It’s very quick and easy to drop our pet off, which is hugely important on a work day. I love seeing pics of our dog on instagram and her pet report cards are adorable.

Everyone is so kind to me and loving w my Charlotte 🐶💜. The grooming is convenient and I swear it’s the only place she lets someone cut her nails! Hours are convenient, staff is amazing! The crafts and special events are very creative. I can’t say enough about how wonderful you all are.
The people that work her are great & I love the cameras so I can view my pup throughout the day.
The enthusiasm of the girls to the dogs. My dog loves coming.
