We love Dogtopia! Our pup is so excited every week when he is going. He knows the route we take and when I make the turn onto Hempstead Tpke, he can barely contain himself!! We know they take the best care of him too! Never have to worry even if something unexpected happens! Definitely a 10/10!

Dogtopia is one of the few places we trust with our dog. We’re always met with smiles, and we genuinely feel like everyone loves our pup (even though he’s just a liiiiiittle rambunctious). We also love the activities you have for the dogs, and we adore the pictures you take on the activity days. We have every single one still! We also love getting pictures and videos of him having fun; it really solidifies that Dogtopia is a great place for him to be when he can’t be home playing with us 🙂

Every single person at Dogtopia Bethpage is absolutely wonderful! They treat your dog as if it’s their own and they make me feel so confident that my dog is being taken care of in an exceptional way! They always have so many fun activities planned and when I know my pet is safe when I need to board her! This place is by far the best!

All staff are attentive and caring. They treat my dog like I do and he loves going to Dogtopia… Literally jumps out of the car to go inside!

Workers really seem to care about and get to know each individual dog. My dog is pretty shy and still gets excited every time he goes. I will say it’s pretty expensive though

Dogtopia does grooming, daycare & boarding all in one place which is convenient. Also has cameras in play room which allow me to watch my pup if I want to see how he is doing without calling. And they are honest with how much my dog eats when he’s being boarded!

I like Dogtopia. I feel like my dog is taken care of and loved. I see that my instructions are followed. But when I picked her up she had poop stuck to her tail and butt. Clearly she had some kind of issue, but I wasn’t told anything. So I suggest a little better communication.

I love the staff, the facility, the hours, the services – all of it! The dedication of the staff is amazing and extremely unique. My dog was boarding there over Christmas when the facility had an issue with the heat. The staff kept me fully informed as they carefully moved each dog to another facility. I will never forget this, and it just reinforced how amazing they are at the Bethpage facility! Kudos to your staff!!! And just as a point of reference, I have used other Dogtopia facilities and Bethpage is the BEST by far! I refer them to anyone who asks about daycare of boarding. I love the hours of daycare and the webcams. Hope this helps!
