The staff were all warm and welcoming. They did a great time giving our shyer dog Frittata time to warm up to the playroom. I look forward to utilizing the daycare and boarding services with the price of mind at the quality of the business.
I like the fact when you walk through the door it doesn’t smell like a nasty dog kennel. Very clean! The process for the meet and greet was wonderful to see if your dog is a right fit for the environment. Love that there is a daily routine for the pups. Highly recommend!
Everything. The ability to bring my dog to a safe clean environment for her to play and be watched over while my husband and I work long hours is amazing. Being able to check on her throughout the day via webcams is also a plus, I enjoy seeing her play with her friends knowing the alternative would be her sleeping all day home alone. It’s a great way for her to stay active and socialize! The staff genuinely love her and are absolutely amazing at what they do and it shows, she hates to leave!
The facilities are clean and bright and the staff is friendly and professional.

She gets socialized in a controlled safe space and also gets to practice her herding skills by traveling along the perimeter and making sure all her friends stay safe !! 🙂
We love Dogtopia! The staff is wonderful and they are so willing to accommodate any special need you may request! We could not be happier with our choice to send our Briley there for daycare! Wish we started sooner.
The employees at the Clifton park location are extremely nice and professional! They are great and they work well with my puppy!
We just did the initial tour but we appreciated the time the employees spent with us to answer our questions and concerns and understand why we wanted our dog to go to doggy day care. We never felt rushed to get through the process and the staff were very knowledgeable. All in all it gave us that good “gut feeling!”
At this point, nothing I DON’T care about services. Quite content.
