Cleanliness, friendliness of staff. I like the fact from the first day they were very transparent on care. Having the playroom cameras are a huge plus.
I am so happy with Dogtopia! I feel so safe leaving my pup there for daycare and even to stay overnight when I need a responsible and safe place for him to stay. They do such great events and keep the pups active and stimulated.
It would be nice to get more direct feedback on my dog and how she is doing
1) clean facility. Other places are dirty, smell, etc
2) human staff in room with pups all day
3) webcams!
4) modern facility
5) staff that cares for the dogs and are passionate about them

Facility was very clean and well organized. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Dogtopia in Clifton Park for daycare and boarding!
Flexible plans, ease of booking and availability
The staff is very responsive. Goldie is a regular at day care for 2-3 days a week and we just did our first boarding weekend. All went well. Goldie enjoys her time at Dogtopia.
