Very professional and you truly feel confident that your pup is in good hands. The cameras also help so you can “check in” during the day. Staff are really friendly and helpful, and the app is super easy and convenient to use for booking services.
I like the friendly and caring staff. The location and hours of daycare. In addition to the services provided such as grooming and boarding in addition to daycare.
Our experience with Dogtopia has been outstanding. Staff members are always pleasant, welcoming and attentive to our Rosie. We are particularly appreciative of the fact that that dogs are well supervised at all times. Dogtopia team members are well-informed and promptly communicate any health-related concerns. Our pup enjoys her time there and can’t wait to run inside to greet her friends each morning. I can’t imagine sending our puppy anywhere else for doggy daycare.

Things I wish for…cameras in the boarding room so I can view my pet 24 hours. All the other boarder provide them. The fact that you don’t provide them make me feel like you don’t want customers to see things behind the scenes. Don’t like this at all.
Wish your rooms were larger and there were more climbing toys and hoops for stimulation.Wish the outside area was larger for running about
And a partial roof for pups who’d like to sit in shade for a rest..
The staff is great, always on top of things, easily reachable, and dependable to be open when we need them. The staff truly love any dog that comes through their doors.
Everyone is so nice & very helpful. Plus there is always someone in the room with the dogs during daycare. My dog Archie loves it!
