Love the fun treat days and the availability of lunches if we forget.

Love how clean the facility is!!! That’s important.

Things I wish for…cameras in the boarding room so I can view my pet 24 hours. All the other boarder provide them. The fact that you don’t provide them make me feel like you don’t want customers to see things behind the scenes. Don’t like this at all.

Wish your rooms were larger and there were more climbing toys and hoops for stimulation.Wish the outside area was larger for running about
And a partial roof for pups who’d like to sit in shade for a rest..

The staff is great, always on top of things, easily reachable, and dependable to be open when we need them. The staff truly love any dog that comes through their doors.

Everyone is so nice & very helpful. Plus there is always someone in the room with the dogs during daycare. My dog Archie loves it!

State of the art faculty!!! Love all the security features so they don’t lose my dog. “All” the staff were pleasant and trained. One employee handled my dog well. Another one answered all my questions and assisted me putting their app on my phone. One gave me a full tour. Staff is ready to serve you and take care of your dog (not on their cell phones playing). Add the faculty was fully staffed (you don’t see that often). Ever watch you dogs on cameras or enter a facility and find no one is in with your dog. Like I said Dogtopia is fully staffed. Faculty did NOT smell like so many of them do. Very happy I found them.

Really like how friendly and helpful all the staff are. Appreciate how they group the dogs by energy level and closely monitor dogs’ behavior. The little tears that are available every week are also a great idea!

I love so much about it! The facility is immaculate, the staff is amazing. I love that I can check in throughout the day on the video cameras and I love all of the little extras, like the cute little parties and treats! This past week I took advantage of the spa services and was pleasantly surprised at how fluffy and clean my girl was when I picked her up. Before coming to Dogtopia we tried a couple other daycares. This place is hands down the best!!
