Your staff is absolutely amazing. I used to feel sad to board my dog for even a single night, but at Dogtopia I know he’s so well loved and taken care of. There are other daycares closer to where I live but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you to all of the staff!

I’ve given this feedback before but nothing seems to have changed. It really frustrates me that in order to qualify for a half day of daycare, you have to drop off and pick up before noon or drop off and pick up after 2:00. In other words, if I drop my dog off at 11:30 and pick her up at 2:00, I am stuck paying for a full day of daycare when she is only there for 2.5 hours. I use two other doggie daycares, and both of them label a half day by the number of hours your dog is there, no matter what time you drop them off. For one of them, a half day is anything up to 4 hours and the other is anything up to 6 hours, regardless of what 4 or 6 hours you choose to bring them. This is the primary reason I would recommend other daycares over Dogtopia. Would definitely love to see you change your policy.

The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, efficient….and just really good at their jobs! Facility is clean, and pleasant, and most of all my dog had a great time and was exhausted (in a good way!) when he got home!!
