Wonderful service

The staff is warm and friendly. My dog is always happy to go there. I like that I can look in on my little one with the video cams and check in on how she is doing. They are very good about reminding pet parents about updating vaccinations, which shows me their vigilance in keeping everyone healthy. The rooms have padded floors which is gentle on joints (I have seen others that have concrete floors which are terrible for joints). The rooms are clean and the staff are swift to clean up waste.

What a great place ! I Brought our 9 month old puppy there and he came home totally chill. I watched him on the webcam and I appreciated the excellent supervision. I look forward to sending him back!

We drive 1.5 hours to take our boy to Mt. Kisco Dogtopia. We know he’s loved and safe there!

Dogtopia is extremely convenient, especially now that we do not work fully remote anymore. Chase was rescued during COVID and has only known someone being home. He gets so excited when we mention “Dogtopia” and recognizes where he’s going in the short car ride.

Having a spa/bath onsite is great to be able to get it done all in one space.

Boarding is another convenient offering when we have to go away for vacation or short getaway.

Clean fun fantastic environment!

No matter who is there at drop off – and no matter how long since our last visit, they know my pup by name. They also greet him with such love – I couldn’t ask for more! The price and services are reasonable and I love the cameras so I can check in during the day.
