Friendly staff. Staff is always welcoming and very accommodating even though Alma doesn’t come in that regularly.
When I pick up my dog after a day (or even a few days) at Dogtopia, I know that he’s had a good experience. The staff is very caring.

Jazzy seemed great when we picked her up. And it looks like she had a bath?? In any event she smelled great too! (:
The new pricing structure that was implemented last year I find quite restrictive. As a result, I’ve discontinued my monthly membership and only use as needed.
