Staff is friendly. This is out go to place for our pet when we are travelling. They have always taken care of the pet.
I would just request them if possible to maintain some notes on how the pets did all day to pass us on when we pick them, E.g. if they ate food, drank water etc.

Do not crate the dogs as much. They should have more time to play and roam freely and not be crated every hour on the hours.
