The staff. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they all love dogs and what they do for work!
The staff is so caring. They know each dog by their name. We love the themed days
The staff is friendly to both the humans and the dogs. My Kion loves to go and can’t wait to get out of the car and inside. I love that I can watch his interactions with both the staff and the other dogs in the playroom. I like when they are able to play outside.
Everything is good
I think when a dog enters the room at the start of their day it should be less overwhelming. All the dogs rush the new arrival and they are met w chaos and a mob of dogs all at once. For some dogs this is too much. I’m not a fan of watching my dog get humped quite often. I know it’s dog behavior but I wish someone would stop it and not let it continue.
Other than that it’s a great place. Great hours and availability and friendly staff.
Dogtopia Yorktown is GREAT! The staff is awesome
Our pup-Duke was a “regular” for day care for nearly 6 years while his humans worked full time. He now comes in for boarding as needed. The Dogtopia staff is consistently caring, attentive, professional, and Duke always looks forward to being with them and his buddies. We would highly recommend Dogtopia to anyone!
Atmosphere was extremely clean, the employees very friendly. I was comfortable to leave my dog there. I like to thank everyone there a big thank you.
The staff at the Yorktown Dogtopia is incredible. I am so grateful for the care they give my dog. She is older and they do an amazing job making sure is comfortable and happy every time she comes in. Thank so much for everything!!!!
