Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable leaving Gracie with the staff.
They should be outside more. I understand extreme heat or cold they would be inside but other than that they should be outside.

Staff members are consistently kind & highly skilled in meeting the needs of our pups & their humans. Our pup has been a “regular” at Dogtopia for over 8 years; we are so grateful for all the TLC they always give to him.
The only issue I had with Dogtopia was the smell of dog urine as soon as you entered the building and the office area. Surprisinly, when I took the tour of where the dogs were housed, there was no smell. Other than that, the facility is well-run and the employees are all welcoming and caring.
the yorktown dogtopia staff are EXCELLENT! been using them for years and never hd any issues! My minnie girl loves them all.
I like the clean facility, the indoor/outdoor play areas, and the separation of social/playful dogs with those that are more shy. Our dog seems to enjoy her time there.
