The staff is exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gracie loves going to Dogtopia…we feel blessed to have found it and are grateful for your services. I speak highly about it in the community and always recommend Dogtopia!
Very convenient, careful, and communicative
Fix the ventilation system to get rid of the incredibly strong ammonia smell on humid and/or wet days. Also the A/C does not always keep the facility cool. I have walked into the lobby and it was 78 degrees. Lastly the facility needs to run 2 rooms for large fogs when the numbers are over 20 large fogs in the room
