Friendly staff. It’s a place that Titan is used to go going now and I feel comfortable knowing he is getting quality care. I wish staff stayed a little later for dogs who board but who knows if that can be changed.
The personalized care for each dog. The staff makes sure they get to know each dog and their personalities/quirks. And they adjust handling accordingly! My dog loves all of them! And I love the piece of mind that he is being cared for!

The affection and devotion to the Dogs there.
Even when we first drop them off, and other patrons arrive with their dogs in tow to drop off too, the staff welcomes All of them and the dogs seem happy to be there, not afraid.
Also, They followed our detailed instructions when we bring them there, and then report back to us on how they did for their stay there.
It is a clean and friendly facility! My dog had no fears when walking in and took to the staff immediately!
We love everything about Dogtopia! It is the best decision we made for our puppy Lily. She absolutely loves it there and she loves the coaches so much. We love to see her play with friends on the camera and the love she gets from the coaches. The coaches are amazing! We love Dogtopia!!!
