I liked everything about Dogtopia/White Flint! They were friendly and interested in my dogs; the place was clean and nicely decorated and they seemed to honestly care if my dogs would be a good fit with the other dogs there.

I like that they are so thorough with their care and one gets the sense they will take care of all of their furry visitors.

I like the customer service I received. I appreciate the level of detail provided from each staff member I encountered. My dog was cared for well. I was kept abreast throughout the Meet-n-Greet process. I love the fact that I can observe my dog throughout the day. There was a Welcome packet waiting for me when I arrived for pick-up was an added bonus. Things have worked out thus far…I am eager to see what else I will experience.
