friendly staff, passion for the dogs was clear

Everyone is always very excited to see our dog. They know him by name and they know his personality. He is always very excited to see them, too. Very easy to schedule, everyone we talk to is really easygoing and nice, we feel like our dog is well cared for.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. My pup had such a good time at Dogtopia. He had the best sleep that night.

I like that there doesn’t seem to be a lot of staff turnover, so I think they know my dog and can make good decisions such as when it’s time to move him up to a new room.

Friendliness, convenience and webcam

Customer service – texting and/or emailing about your dog, especially if they’re boarding for multiple days. Sending pictures & giving “report cards” telling about their day…
So much interacting with the dogs (separating them by size!) large area to move around – dogs can rest or play… always having access to water…
providing themed activities and snacks throughout the month…
& the webcams!! 🙂

Dogtopia employs caring and knowledgeable staff. Very important.. they seem to respect each dog’s individual personalities and traits.

The staff know my dog, they are super friendly. They communicate if an issue arises. I do need to add that twice Auggie has come home with scratches so please keep an eye on this gentle soul. Thank you!
