The manager Yelessi was so kind, she answered all of my questions explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease leaving my pup. Having used a different dogtopia location, I can say the difference is night and day and this location was so much better. We felt valued and I felt that my pup was important to them and his well being was first in their mind. Truly they are dog people

Kept clean and odor free. Very easy to communicate and interact with the center for scheduling via the app, or direct via text. They are responsive. Our dog is very happy here.
Staff is extremely friendly. Always knows who I’m picking up without telling them. Ability to watch on camera to see how dogs are doing. People answering phones are also very friendly.
