From what we have experienced, the coaches all seem like they love dogs and their job. Also, having a place open to accommodate my early schedule helps tremendously. Keep up the good work!
I like how clean the facility is as well as the bright colors you see when you walk in. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I also like the food options and the app.
The staff was very friendly. My dog was excited to be there and solicited pets from everyone. The facility was clean without smelling like heavy duty cleaners. I love the Dogtopia app so I could tune in and see what my dog was up to.

Our dogs are blossoming at Dogtopia North Gilbert. They receive mental and physical exercise in a safe, fun and loving environment. As busy professionals with unpredictable schedules, we appreciate knowing our dogs are happy and lovingly cared for. It’s a great sign when our dogs are happy to see us at pick-up, but don’t want to leave!

I need a package I can purchase, the weekly enrollment doesn’t work for my circumstances and as a result I am unable to enroll my dogs.
I also think there needs to be a multi-dog discount. It doesn’t make sense for me to pay $99 or $109 for unlimited (7 plays) for one dog per week. If I have two dogs and only bring them only 2 per week together (4 plays) it is $140. I lose 3 days of play by having 2 dogs and the price is $140 versus $99 – the math does not make sense.
I think the price should be per visit at a reasonable rate, we are headed towards a recession and while doggie daycare is amazing it’s a luxury many people cannot afford.

Very happy with the whole experience. Also thankful that the owners were willing to honor what I was told over the phone with the weekend plan. Without that I would not have been able to use this service.
