The helpfulness of the staff and their care of the dogs.
The staff at Dogtopia of North Raleigh are very caring and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and clean. This is a great place to bring your canine family members to for a day of daycare, exercise and play.
Friendly, informative staff who follow policies and seem to really care for the dogs.
The place seems well-run and well-staffed. I like that I can bring my dog in any day of the week without having to worry about availability or book way in advance. Also love the webcams and mobile app.
