My pup loves coming to Dogtopia. She runs to the car & runs inside the building as soon as she sees the front door when we pull up. The staff are very attentive & great with her. I appreciate the cameras, so I can pop in & see how she’s doing – which is always fantastic! Amazing facility & friendly staff!

The people are really fantastic here, they clearly love the dogs and the dogs love them, the pups are well cared for on both short and long stays. The facility is excellent, the indoor area is well maintained and the cushy matted floors are perfect to meet the needs of my tripod dog. Love being able to check in by camera as well, they’re always well attended and happily playing or watching the action. They allow my tripod crate breaks when its clear she really needs a rest from all her hopping around, and I appreciate their notice and extra care with her.

I recently raised a concern about the landscaping around the building, apparently I came at a bad time after a long, dry spell here. I got a very nice call from the manager to let me know it’s already been addressed and continues to be a priority.

It’s clear they care about their customers as well as the dogs, and have been very proactive to address any issues I’ve raised, no matter how small.

I am pleased to recommend them. I often do and will continue to. Appreciate your support of this particular facility and your checking in with surveys periodically.

I am very happy with the care that Chanel receives whenever she attends daycare and boarding…she’s always happy and anxious to be there when she arrives.

Dogtopia has an amazing staff and facility with plenty of outdoor space and fun things to do while the pups are inside – and probably most importantly, the most caring group of people. It was clear from the minute I walked in on day one that my sweet Jackson was in good hands.

He was just in there last week for daycare and I got a text in the afternoon offering a complimentary “rinse off” before I picked him up because he had gotten a little dirty playing. I’ve had other dogs in my life and been to other places but I’ve never experienced this level of service.

I couldn’t speak more highly of Dogtopia and the wonderful people that work there. Thank you!
